John Redd and Renewell ministries has been such a blessing in my life.  I can tell you that being in a leadership position in ministry, there are times you feel there are very few you can talk to who.  John is someone you who God has uniquely designed to come along side pastors and ministry leaders.  He understands and cares for the leader in ways that very few can.   During one my hardest times, God used John Redd and Renwell ministries to be a constant source of encouragement.  I knew I was never alone and only a call or text away at anytime from someone I can trust who really cares.  I’m so thankful for the impact Renewell ministries has had in my life and many others.

Being in a position of leadership has it’s hard times; assessing situations and people without anyone to help you; making hard decisions on your own; carrying the weight of so many people. John and Renewell have always been there for me. I will always remember how John took three days off to spend with me on a personal spiritual retreat where God used John to help me analyze, focus and encourage me to see depths of God’s love for me.  God has certainly given John the spiritual gift of enthusiasm and encouragement.  John is trustworthy.   There is nothing that I couldn’t tell John, knowing with full confidence that I won’t be judged and that everything is confidential.   He is always available, always ready to be an Aaron, to lift me up when the load gets heavy.
